Travel & Tourism
I have travelled extensively and fell in love with Unguja Zanzibar, East Africa, the first time I went there in January 2021. I will be hosting my first Holistic Retreat and Yoga Teacher Training Course there in May this year.
My Book
I have been working on my first autobiographical book, and will be publishing it here shortly.
Endings and Beginnings. It is okay to look back at our past, if we are going to let go, learn from it and allow it to move us forward. There is magic in endings as it produces a clean page to create our new beginnings. Love who you are what you have worked through be excited about what is to come.
ABOUT US
Yoga, Therapies, Travel and Writing are my Passions.
I sold my home in March 2015 and went travelling in ernest. My first destination, was Geneva in Switzerland, which was an expensive but amazing city. Next I flew to Delhi in India, then Sri Lanka, Nepal, Ethiopia, Uganda and Kenya.

On my return to my hometown, and the rented house I had taken on, I decided to get rid of the remainder of my household items, to continue travelling.

This took me to Southern Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Liverpool. Before I flew back to Sri Lanka to take up the offer of teaching in a Muslim International School.
